The 2025 Pilot is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that pumps out an incredible 285 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Power goes to the wheels through a 10-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, but you can get all-wheel drive on all trims. The Pilot comes with standard paddle shifters that give stick shift fans the feeling of control over the gears.
Impressive Capabilities
The Pilot has the muscle to get you where the journey leads in style. It has a standard five-mode drive system that lets you toggle between Normal, ECON, Snow, Tow, and Sport modes. The available i-VTM4 all-wheel drive system sends power to the wheels that need it most in challenging road conditions. You get up to 5,000 pounds of towing muscle with the Pilot.
If you’re a huge fan of adventure, go for the Pilot TrailSport trim. Made for the trail, the TrailSport comes standard with standard AWD, all-terrain tires, an off-road-tuned suspension with a 1.0-inch lift, and underbody skid plates to enhance off-roading performance. It also adds the “Trail” and “Sand” modes for better control in those conditions.
Versatile, Family-Friendly Interior
With a standard eight-seater cabin, the Pilot boasts enough space for the entire family. The second-row seats slide easily at the touch of a button to give you access to the third row. Second-row captain’s chairs are available in the TrailSport trim.
There’s an 18.6 cubic-foot trunk, but you can increase the space to 111.8 cubic feet if you stow the third-row and second-row seats. Standard comforts include heated front seats, tri-zone automatic climate control, and power seats. A heated steering wheel and heated second-row outboard seats are optional.
Smart Technology
The Pilot lets you listen to music, get directions, stay connected with loved ones, and do much more. It comes with Honda’s infotainment system, which can be accessed through a 7-inch or 9-inch touchscreen display. You get standard Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth connectivity, and options like SiriusXM and HD Radio.
With the optional CabinTalk PA System, you can talk to the rear passengers through the car’s audio speakers. Other optional tech features include a Wi-Fi hotspot, a 12-speaker Bose sound system, and a 10.2-inch digital instrument panel.

Honda Sensing gives you more confidence on the road and makes drives safer. It equips the Pilot with advanced anti-collision features, lane management tech, and adaptive cruise control. A blind spot monitor, a cross-traffic monitor, and automatic high-beam headlights also come standard.
